The Army intends to award a sole-source, single-award Enterprise IDIQ contract to Authentic8, Inc. for its full suite of Silo commercial software licenses, professional services, add-on products, and support. This contract will support U.S. Army and Department of Defense digital investigation operations. The Government is not requesting competitive proposals, but responsible sources who believe they can meet the entire enterprise-wide scope may submit a capability statement for market research purposes. A decision not to compete the requirement will be made solely at the Government's discretion.
