This is a market survey to identify potential sources for the Load, Assembly, and Pack (LAP) and delivery of 60mm, 81mm, and 120mm mortar cartridges, including Full Range Practice and High Explosive types. The performance of services is limited to the United States and Canada. The Government intends to award up to four Firm Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts. Key requirements include producing a first article sample within 180 days after contract award and initiating production delivery within 270 days. Respondents must demonstrate the capability to meet specific monthly production rates and have facilities with appropriate safety clearances for handling explosives.
