This is a market survey to identify potential sources capable of the Load, Assembly, and Pack (LAP) and delivery of 60mm, 81mm, and 120mm mortar cartridges, including Full Range Practice and High Explosive types. The eventual contract performance is limited to the United States and Canada. The Government intends to award up to four Firm Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts. Key requirements include producing a first article sample within 180 days after contract award and initiating production delivery within 270 days, with specified proven monthly production rates for each cartridge type. Respondents must demonstrate technical and LAP capability, satisfactory past performance, and the ability to handle explosives in appropriately cleared facilities.
