IAW FAR 36.204(f) the magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 Performance and Payment Bonds are required. The scope of this project consists of providing all labor, material, and equipment to repair by replacement the Emergency Lighting Systems and Components in Building 299 located at the US Army Garrison, Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL. The bid work includes repairs to the emergency lighting and normal lighting. Two existing lighting control systems will be modified to exclude control of all interior lighting. A new lighting control system will be installed for all interior lighting. A central battery system will be installed to power the new emergency lighting.
