The purpose of this sources sought/request for information is to identify sources capable of providing the following: The JMC Ammunition Depot Automation (ADA) Project Management Office (PMO) manages the depot automation applications supported by this sustainment contract. To help fulfill this responsibility, the JMC has developed the following applications hereafter referred to in this document as ADA applications: Key Control Joint Munitions Barcode Labeler (JMBL) Stockpile Inventory List Comparator (SILC) Munitions Total Management System – Field Module Mobile (MTMS-FM Mobile) ADA applications provide extensive business process automation functionality for employees at eight ammunition locations. JMBL generates two-dimensional (2-D) barcoded ammunition identification labels in the approved Department of Defense (DoD) format. Key Control automates all verification and data collection activities associated with each key issue and receipt transaction. SILC was designed to improve productivity in US Army ammunition inventory management operations to enhance user productivity during the physical inventory process and to quickly reconcile the physical inventory for submission to the accountable record. MTMS-FM Mobile runs on hand held devices (HHDs) that are used to scan work order barcodes and barcodes from ammunition packages. Period of Performance: This Performance Work Statement (PWS) is applicable for support required for the base year and 4 option years.
