Sources Sought (posted 26Feb2024) TEAD Business Development team will be hosting an Industrial Day event 30 April 2024 – 1 May 2024. This event will consist of touring and show casing areas of the Depot to multiple Government and Government Contractor personnel. Projected: Single Award, Firm Fixed Price, non-commercial Chartered Driver and 50 – 56 passenger bus, estimated 7 hours each day, 30 April – 1 May 2024, approximately 0800hrs- 1500hrs. Tour route will be fully contained on TEAD property in TEAD’s North Area. Tour will be guided/narrated by TEAD personnel with a lead vehicle directing the path. Tour will be making multiple stops allowing participants to get off the bus and see operations/facilities. Interested parties should reply with their information no later than10:00am Central Standard Time on 01 March 2024. Information should include previous within scope project details, dates, and organizations that work was provided to, your UEI, business cage code, small business designation, and your business size status. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Government. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in the response. The Government will not accept requests for meetings or briefings. No phone solicitations or email with regards to the status of the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be accepted prior to the solicitation release.
