Consultation and support will include the a comprehensive program management portal for ASC LOGCAP utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform to enhance operational efficiency, improve decision-making capabilities, and streamline processes through the implementation of agile methodologies, continuous integration/continuous development (CI/CD), and robust security measures. The suite will encompass a program portal, requirements development module incorporating change management components, cost and data analytics tools, centralized repositories for program policies and training materials, and other associated automated processes, workflows, and repositories. The project will ensure scalability, flexibility, and integration with existing systems, as practical, while adhering to stringent data privacy and compliance standards. The ultimate goal is to support ASC LOGCAP in operating at the speed of need, providing reliable and efficient solutions to meet the evolving demands of the Army.
