US Army Print and Media Distribution Center (USAPMDC) will purchase a bi-annual preventative maintenance service and emergency on call maintenance plan for three (3) computer room server cooling towers in accordance with specifications listed in attachment 0001. Quotes are requested to follow attachment 0003. This service is required to sustain cooling tower functionality to prevent computer servers from overheating. The government will purchase at a minimum the amount listed in the column labeled: Lot Price for 1 year (3 cooling towers). Base year is from 30 May 2022 – 29 May 2023, and option year one (1) is from 30 May 2023 – 29 May 2024. Quotes are requested no later than 13 May 2022 at 11:59 PM CST. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The government reserves the right to award no contract at all, depending on the quality of the quotes, prices submitted, and the availability of funds. The contractor will coordinate with the customer NLT 30 days after award.
