Parts are required to be HP brand per attachment 0004 and contractor must be a HP 3D authorized reseller. Quotes are requested to follow attachment 0005. Shipping costs are to be included in the part cost given the quantities and anticipated orders found in attachment 0001. Additional quantities may be ordered at any time during following nine months after award. These consumables are used to manufacture various polymer parts and are needed to support JMTC's mission of creating 1.5 million Covid-19 testing swabs. Parts are to be in accordance with specifications listed in attachment 0001. Parts are required to HP brand per attachment 0004. These commercial items will be purchased as needed based on mission demands with the initial quantity expected to be purchased in February 2022. The proposed action will not include an option provision. RIA-JMTC AM estimates the total dollar value of all orders to be $402,350.00 based on the Independent Government Estimate. The contractor is responsible for all shipping costs and costs shall be incorporated into part cost and not a separate line item.
