This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is for a one year Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for Jama Connect (Selfhosted) JCN-JPPOS-00 (Quantity 1); Jama Connect, Named Creator (Selfhosted) JCN-LSIOS-12 (Quantity 20); and Tasktop Integration Hub, via Named Creator (On-Premise) for 12 Months TIH-LSIOS-12 (Quantity 20). Period of performance is 31 July 2022 through 30 July 2023. NAICS is 511210. The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services; and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, apply to this acquisition. The Government will award a contract to the responsible offeror, Carahsoft, whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. This combined synopsis is for a sole source contract to Carahsoft Technology Corp. in accordance with (IAW) FAR 13.501 (a)(1)(i), Contracting Officers may conduct sole source acquisitions (including brand name) if the need to do so is justified in writing and approved. The Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) is issuing the subject sources sought to seek sources capable of providing the Jama Software Subscription Renewals in support of the U.S. Army Human Resources Command. This notice is solely for informational and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or firm requirement. This is strictly a Request for Information (RFI). No Request for Quote (RFQ) exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the RFQ. Responses to this RFI are not quotes to which ACC-RI can issue contracts. This requirement is for Jama Software Subscription Renewals. ACC-RI is issuing this RFI to research the pool of vendors who are interested, qualified, and capable of providing the required Jama Software Subscription Renewals. The Government will use the responses received for information/planning purposes and identification of potential sources as part of market research. The Government requests that interested parties respond to this notice by providing the company’s capability to provide the Jama Software Subscription Renewals, which include: Jama Connect (Selfhosted), Part number JCN-JPPOS-00 Jama Connect, Named Creator (Selfhosted), Part number JCN-LSIOS-12 Tasktop Integration Hub, via Named Creator, Part number TIH-LSIOS-12 Capability statements shall include the following: company name, point of contact, address, telephone, website and email addresses, SAM Unique number, CAGE Code, Tax ID number, size category and socioeconomic status, contract vehicles, and capabilities to provide the Jama Software Subscription Renewals. All information received in response to this RFI marked “Proprietary” will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. ACC-RI will not pay for information received in response to this RFI. Responses to the RFI will not be returned nor will questions receive a response. Capability statements are due no later than 1:00 p.m. Central time on 20 June 2022.
