This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is for a one year Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract with two option periods for Worksoft Certify for SAP Software Licenses and Maintenance Support. NAICS is 511210. This combined synopsis is for a sole source contract to Worksoft, Inc. in accordance with (IAW) FAR 13.501 (a)(1)(i), Contracting Officers may conduct sole source acquisitions (including brand name) if the need to do so is justified in writing and approved.
