Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) has a requirement for a HAAS TM-1AH manufactured in accordance with the drawing number #11B5120001 REV B. This requirement is restricted to Phillips Corporation Inc., 7390 Coca Cola Dr Ste 200, Hanover, MD 21076-1937 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1): only one source is available. Delivery is required no later than 120 days after award, and will not include an option provision. This specific brand is the only brand that can continue functionality with existing equipment and software. The utilization of any other brand would yield results not applicable to advancement as it would involve different machine operations, controls, and equipment integration strategies. Our market research revealed there are no other sources for this requirement as Phillips Corporation, Inc. is the sole and executive distributor available for HAAS.
