This procurement is restricted to companies who have been awarded the following master Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs): W52P1J-18-A-3011, W52P1J-18-A-3012, and W52P1J-18-A-3013 which supports the plastic railroad ties requirement at McAlester Army Ammunition Plant (MCAAP). This is FOB destination to MCAAP. The applicable NAICS code is 326199 - All Other Plastic Product Manufacturing.
