The U.S. Army is conducting market research to determine if sources other than the incumbent can provide Aerial Remotely Piloted Vehicle Target systems and services without substantial duplication of cost or delays. The requirement includes manufacturing, operating, maintaining, and supporting aerial target systems for live training and test events at CONUS and OCONUS locations. The Government does not own the technical data packages or software source code for the current MQM-170, MQM-171, and MQM-186 targets. Interested parties must submit capability statements by 28 July 2026, addressing their technical capability, transition plan, and estimated non-recurring engineering and start-up costs. No budget amount is specified in this notice.
