The contractor will provide helicopter-based chemical application services for noxious weed control on federal land administered by the USACE Garrison Project. Work includes proactive growing-season surveys, GPS inventory of weed species and infested acreage, and control using helicopter spot treatment and solid coverage. The contractor must document applications through pesticide application records, GPS datasets, spray tracks/maps, and a comprehensive electronic database. Invoicing for services is also required, and all work must comply with the PWS and applicable FAA rotorcraft regulations. Performance will occur on USACE Garrison Project federal land.
