The project is located in Mather, CA and covers upgrades and repairs across a fueling facility and storage tank area. Work includes installing a sampling gauge hatch and clock-type mechanical gauge on a manway, recoating the tank exterior, replacing collision barriers, adding a catwalk across the tank, and replacing audible/visual alarms. It also includes fixing remote containment basin drainage, replacing asphalt on the northeast side and near loading/unloading with concrete, and repairing refueler parking concrete. Additional scope includes replacing the dispenser fuel monitor with a non-coalescing filter and adding a hand-pump water draw-off system, replacing the POL building in the same size and location, supplying/installing/testing an ATG system on the AVGAS fuel storage tank, and relocating the generator inside the compartmentalized area.
