Bank Stabilization and Navigation Program (BSNP)
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking contractors for construction services under the Bank Stabilization and Navigation Program along the Missouri River, from St. Louis, MO to Rulo, NE. Work includes constructing, modifying, or repairing stone dikes, revetments, and bank paving, with all operations performed by floating plant due to no land access. The contract will be a Multiple-Award IDIQ with a shared capacity limit of $50 million, and a performance period of a three-year base plus a two-year option. Responses to this sources sought notice are due by 12 pm CDT on June 1, 2026.
