Bank Stabilization and Navigation Program (BSNP)
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking contractors for construction services under the Bank Stabilization and Navigation Program along the Missouri River, from the Mississippi River confluence near St. Louis, MO, to Nebraska City, NE. Work includes constructing, modifying, or repairing stone dikes, revetments, and bank paving, performed exclusively by floating plant with no land access. The contract is a Multiple-Award IDIQ with a shared capacity limit of $50 million, featuring a three-year base and a two-year option ordering period.
