Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a market research notice seeking a NELAP or Washington State-accredited laboratory to provide water quality analysis for oil and grease to support NPDES permit compliance at the Chief Joseph Dam in Bridgeport, Washington. The laboratory must be located within 200 road miles of Bridgeport, WA. The performance period includes a base year from May 2026 to April 2027, with four optional one-year extensions. The government will handle all sample collection and delivery to the lab. Interested parties should review the attached PWS and QASP and respond to the capability questions listed.
