This is a sources sought notice for market research to identify interested and capable sources for analytical laboratory services supporting NPDES permit compliance at Chief Joseph Dam. The laboratory must be located within 200 road miles of Bridgeport, WA, and hold NELAP or Washington State Department of Ecology accreditation for Oil and Grease analysis. Corps personnel will perform sampling and packaging, while the laboratory conducts the required analysis. The performance period includes a base year from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, plus four optional one-year periods ending September 30, 2031.
