This is a Request for Information (RFI) for a potential future firm-fixed price contract to conduct an eelgrass survey in La Conner, WA. The project requires demonstrated experience in coastal eelgrass surveys, developing sampling plans, data processing and mapping, and scientific reporting. The RFI seeks to identify qualified small businesses and other specific business categories for a potential set-aside. The results of this market research will be in effect for one year. Interested firms must submit a capabilities package by a specified deadline.
