The contractor must furnish all plant, labor, equipment, appliances, and materials and perform work per drawings and specifications. This presolicitation is a 100% Total Small Business Set-aside under PSC 5970 and NAICS 335311; quotes are not being solicited and no written solicitation will be issued.
