This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The intent of this solicitation is to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for Analytical Lab Services. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01. The requirements will be fulfilled using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition procedures, to the maximum extent possible. This acquisition is Total Small Business Set-Aside.
