This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation PANNWD-21-P-0000 004553 Zumwalt Park Bank Stabilization is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06. This solicitation is a total small business set aside under the NAICS Code of 561730 landscaping services with a small business size standard of $8,000,000. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
