The Vermont Air National Guard 158th Fighter Wing (158 FW) is seeking sources for NFPA 1582 Fire Fighter Phycals Exams and Laboratory Services. The Mission Support Contracting Office (158 MDC) is in the process of determining the acquisitions strategy to obtain Occupational Physicals and Laboratory services for the 158 FW Fire Fighters in order to be considered Fit for Duty. The Governments is keeking ptential sources for a firm fixed prices purchase order for services. The physicals should be IAW NFPA 1582 and DODM 6055.55. Attached is the Draft PWS for reference.
