This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. The Vermont Air National Guard intents to issue a solicitation and award a contract for general construction services required to expand photovoltaic (PV) array to include new 500kW ground mounted PV array and 250kw/500kWh battery array to feed the Fire Station. Work includes underground electrical lines as needed, extension of base wide Schneider Electric EcoStructure energy management system which will manage the new power assets such as four existing roof inverters, existing generator, batteries, and solar expansion. Upgrade existing EcoStructure software suite with MicroGrid Operations module at the 158th Fighter Wing, Vermont Air National Guard Base located in South Burlington, Vermont. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
