The Alabama Army National Guard (ALARNG) is conducting market research to determine the extent to which Women Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) are capable of providing Portable Chemical Latrine Service. The ALARNG seeks to confirm the requirements of this service through industry's response to this Sources Sought. There is no solicitation available at this time. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the Contract Opportunities website located at http://sam.gov for the release of any follow-on information. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 562991 with a small business size standard of $8.0MIL. The Government will not reimburse any expenses associated with submissions to this Sources Sought posting. Any information submitted is voluntary. Interested WOSB businesses are invited to submit a capability statement demonstrating the ability to provide services consistent with those described in the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS). Responses shall not exceed 2 pages and must include the following information: 1. Company name, CAGE code, DUNS number, Tax Identification Number. 2. Point of contact (phone, email, and physical address). 3. Socio-Economic Group (small business, veteran-owned, woman-owned, 8a, HUB zone, service-disabled veteran owned, etc...). 4. NAICS Code. 5. Other information relative to the PWS. The information received in response to this Sources Sought will be used to finalize the acquisition strategy for this requirement. If it is determined that responses from WOSB small businesses do not address all of the requirements stated above, the final acquisition may be competed on a full and open basis. Large businesses may respond to this notice. However, if an adequate number of small businesses demonstrate an ability to perform the service, we may not use your information.
