The South Carolina Army National Guard intends to issue a solicitation directly to at least three service providers for a Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program event in December 2026, with exact dates to be provided in the solicitation, under full and open competition. The hotel must be located in Columbia, SC 29210 and provide sleeping rooms, buffet breakfast and lunch, a conference room with a PSAV-AV support package, and vendor exhibitor tables at the same facility, with exact quantities detailed in the solicitation. The government anticipates a single firm-fixed-price contract with a two-day period of performance and an award date on or before November 30, 2026. The solicitation will not be posted on SAM.gov; interested firms should email Ms. Kathy Coleman and are encouraged to include a capability statement. Award is anticipated to be best value based on past performance, technical quality of the hotel facilities, rooms, amenities, food, and location, plus total price.
