This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is anticipated for release on SAM.gov on or around 14 February 2026 for personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to provide and manage contractor role players, moulage / clothing, lumber package, real world medical support (2 ambulances), and Structural Collapse Venue Site (SCVS) (Rubble Pile) reset for a CBRNE Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP) Supported Collective Training Exercise (SCTE) from 5-8 March 2026.
