This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is anticipated for release on SAM.gov on or around February 3, 2026 for conference space and meals supporting a Nevada Army National Guard Yellow Ribbon event on Sunday, March 8, 2026 in the greater Reno, Nevada area. Conference space will be considered at both casino and non-casino hotels as well as convention centers or like venues. The DRAFT Performance Work Statement is attached. This is not a request for responses, but interested SBA certified SDVO small business concerns are encouraged to email gregory.p.kothman.civ@army.mil with a capability statement.
