THE VERMONT NATIONAL GUARD IS NOT SEEKING PRICING OR OFFERS. GENERAL: This is a Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice, issued in accordance with FAR 10.001(a) to conduct market research to identify potential vendors capable of providing laundry and dry cleaning services the Vermont Army National Guard (VTARNG) Central Issue Facility and Regional Training Institute located in Colchester, VT and Army Mountain Warfare School located in Jericho, Vermont. DISCLAIMER: This RFI/Sources Sought Notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute either a Request for Quotation (RFQ) or a Request for Proposal (RFP); nor is it a promise to issue an RFQ/RFP in the future. This RFI/Sources Sought Notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. The VTARNG is not seeking proposals at this time and will not accept any unsolicited proposals. Responders, and not the Government, will pay for any costs incurred while responding to this RFI/Sources Sought Notice. The Vermont National Guard is seeking interested vendors for a multiple award blanket purchase agreement (BPA) or indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. Vendors who do not respond to this RFI/Sources Sought Notice may still participate in any future RFQ/RFP. Information submitted in response to this RFI/Sources Sought Notice is strictly voluntary and becomes the property of the Government. The Government may modify this announcement or any associated solicitation it may issue at its discretion. DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLY/SERVICE: Vermont Army National Guard (VTARNG) has a requirement for laundry and dry cleaning services in support of Central Issue Facility and Regional Training Institute located in Colchester, VT and Army Mountain Warfare School located in Jericho, Vermont. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to pick up, launder or dry clean, and deliver military clothing, equipment, bedding linens, as set forth in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). INFORMATION SOUGHT: Interested vendors should provide a capability statement demonstrating their ability to provide the required services, including pickup/delivery to the locations specified in the PWS on an as needed basis. Please disclose socio-economic status in response.
