The contractor shall perform Master Planning Support Services, as defined in this PWS. The contractor shall review and research Army policies for master planning, and provide analysis of their impact on the Army National Guard (ARNG). The contractor shall be able to provide support for the Army Data Systems, Real Property Planning and Analysis System (RPLANS), Army Stationing Installation Plan (ASIP) and Master Planning. The contractor shall have knowledge and familiarity with the Army data base systems that are interconnected to RPLANS and ASIP (Headquarters Installation Information System (HQIIS), Engineer Management Automation, Army Reserve (EMAAR), and Planning Resource for Infrastructure Development and Evaluation (PRIDE)). The Contractor shall provide various forms of instruction to the 54 States and territories both in person and web based on Master Planning, RPLANS, and ASIP.
