The Contractor will provide services and products related to designing, planning, preparing, executing, and assessing individual and collective training programs in support of the National Guard (NG) Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Response Enterprise (CRE) for the Army Interagency and Training Education Center (AITEC). The contractor support will include, training event and evaluation planning, training course development and instruction, and training evaluations. The Contractor will support annual training and evaluation schedules; this effort will include providing training as Mobile Training Teams (MTTs) and static classroom instruction, training management, scenario development, exercise control and evaluations, quality assurance, and lessons learned. The Contractor shall provide input, as appropriate, to the training and assessment plans to integrate requirements into synergistic effort.
