The 173d Cyber Protection Team have a need for a vendor to provide adversary emulation, also known as Cyber Threat Emulation (CTE) training, to CPT 173 Detachment 1 personnel. Adversary emulation Knowledge Skills & Abilities (KSAs), satisfy CPT Operational Mission Element Mission Essential Task List (METL) OP 5.6.3, TA 3.8, ST 6.3.5 & OP 3.1.6 Performance Measures. Twelve (12) different adversarial/threat oriented Performance Measures, out of a total of Twenty-Six (26), within the four (4) Mission Essential Tasks (MET) are required to bring the CPT Mission Element to a standard of readiness.
