This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is unrestricted. This solicitation, PANNGB-19-P-014116 , is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-97, effective 24 Jan 2018. The New Jersey Army National Guard is a scheduling Yellow Ribbon Event on 22 June 2019. The meeting location must be in the Newark, New Jersey area. Contractor shall furnish conference/ meeting space, and meals necessary to hold the event in accordance with Attachment 1- Performance Work Statement (PWS).
