The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to repair the Crash Fire Rescue Training Facility (CFRTF) at ANG MSCRTC-Gulfport in a manner that will ensure its serviceability and prevent deterioration in value or effectiveness of equipment. The contractor shall comply with manufacturers’ recommendations and procedures, Air Force Technical Order 35E1-2-13-l and local, state, and federal guidelines as applicable to the work involved.
