Perform janitorial services at multiple buildings for the United States Property and Fiscal Office for the U.S. Virgin Islands (USPFO-VI), which includes the administrative offices, warehouse offices, adjoining Distance Learning Classroom, Gym, USPFO Front Offices, Regional Training Institute (RTI), Combined Support Maintenance Shop (CSMS), Field Maintenance Shop (FMS), and Army Aviation Operating Facility (AAOF). as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall perform all janitorial work and assume responsibility for planning, programming, administering, managing and executing all functions necessary to provide the services specified in this PWS. The contractor shall conduct work in accordance with this PWS and all applicable U.S. laws, regulations, standards, provisions and directives. The contractor shall ensure that all work meets the level of service, performance standards or tolerances specified in the PWS or in applicable referenced documents.
