The Alabama National Guard intends to issue a Request for Quotes to award multiple firm-fixed price Blank Purchase Agreements (BPA) for lodging services for members of the 187th Fighter Wing within a 25-mile radial circle of Montgomery, AL. The BPAs will be good for an ordering period of five years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 721110. Specific Requirements: The required services include, but are not limited to: Provision of lodging accommodations meeting the standards of the Statement of Work. Capacity to accommodate a specific number of members throughout each month. Compliance with all Federal, State, local, United States Air Force, and Air National Guard Regulations and requirements. Submission Requirements: Interested businesses should submit a capabilities statement demonstrating their ability to meet the above requirements and include: Company name, contact information (point of contact, phone, email, address) Business size and classification (e.g., small business, veteran-owned, etc.) Number of Rooms within Lodging Facility (Single and Double Accommodations)
