In accordance with DFARS PGI 206.303-2(b)(i) Justification citing authority at FAR 6.302-1 to permit the use of other than full and open competition shall include the results of the request for information or sources sought notice. The 187th Fighter Wing (FW) is intending to award a sole source contract to Advantor Systems for a "turn key" Security Camera system in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The 187th FW utilizes Advantor Systems for all security requirements. No funds are currently available at this time and the Government does not intend to award a contract based on this notice. The purpose of this notice is to determine if there are any sources that can provide "turn key" Security Camera systems that are 100% compatible with the 187th FW existing Advantor Systems infrastructure backbone. The 187th FW SHALL NOT alter, change or reprogram any existing Advantor system. Any system proposed must be TAA Compliant, meet all requirements of FAR Clause 52.204-25 and be fully vetted and approved by the United States Air Force and the Air National Guard.
