REQUIREMENT: This notice is issued by the California Air National Guard 163rd Attack Wing, Contracting Office to identify sources capable of providing the following: SCOPE OF WORK: This contract will cover the repair of current Ground-Based Detect and Avoid system (L-Star (V) 3 EC1 Air Surveillance Radar, with TPQ-50 hardware) manufactured by SRCTec LLC. Technicians need to facilitate removal and replacement of the systems cylinder, reinstall the radar and complete performance checks. This is a firm fixed price-type contract consisting of a 2-week period of performance. ANTICIPATED NAICS CODE/SIZE STANDARD: The applicable NAICS Code is 334511 Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing, Employees: 1,350 Questions for Interested Companies: Can your company complete the repair service required? If yes, then please explain how. Can you confirm your company’s ability to work on the LStar system or authorized by SRCtec LLC. If yes, please explain. If there is a mutual agreement via a letter, please include with your response. Does your company have any experience in repairing LStar systems brand name for defense, security, or government contracts? Please provide examples of similar contracts or past performance, if available. What is your business size and socioeconomic status (e.g., small business, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB)? Are there any risks or challenges you foresee in fulfilling this requirement?
