This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for light refreshments, lunch meals and conference space for the New Jersey Army National Guard required for a Yellow Ribbon event on 29-30 March 2025. The event venue must be within a 25-mile radius of Lincroft, New Jersey (NJ VENUES ONLY), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, effective 17 January 2025. This procurement is Full and Open Competition. The NAICS codes are 722320 and 721110. The basis for award is Price. Past Performance will be evaluated although will be a less significant evaluation factor than Price. The government intends to evaluate quotes and make an award without discussions (except clarifications as described in FAR 15.306(a)). The government intends to issue a single, firm-fixed-price award. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: CLIN 0001: Light Refreshments and Lunch Meals – 29 & 30 March 2025; QTY: 600 (approximately 300 attendees per day) CLIN 0002: Audio/Visual Equipment in the Presentation Room – 29 & 30 March 2025; QTY: 1 CLIN 0003: Conference Space (Presentation Room, Registration Area, Dining Area and Professional Vendor Area) – 29 & 30 March 2025; QTY: 1 To be quoted as Unit Price and Total Dollar Amount. Offerors must describe their proposed seating arrangement/room configuration that will meet the government’s requirements, and include a sample menu with the quote. Details of required facilities, equipment, services, and meal items are provided in the attached Statement of Work (Attachment 1). Quotes must include the company name, address, contact name and title, phone number, e-mail address, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, SAM.gov Unique Entity ID (UEI) and Federal Tax Identification. Please refer to Attachment 2 for the provisions and clauses applicable to this solicitation. All Representations and Certifications shall be completed within the contractor's profile on the System for Award Management (SAM), www.sam.gov.
