Solicitation Number (or reference): PANNGB-25-P-0000-007806 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Date Solicited: 27 Feb 2025 RFQ Response Due: 06 March 2025 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for light refreshments, lunch meals and conference space for the New Jersey Army National Guard. The event venue must be within 15 miles of Jersey City, NJ, 07302 with in the state of NJ. ONLY QUOTES FROM VENDORS WITHIN THE PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED LOCAL AREA WILL BE ACCEPTED; NO THIRD-PARTY VENDORS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, effective 17 January 2025. This procurement is Full and Open Competition with preference given to Small Business. The NAICS codes are 722320 and 721110. The basis for award is Price. Past Performance will be evaluated although will be a less significant evaluation factor than Price. The government intends to evaluate quotes and make an award without discussions (except clarifications as described in FAR 15.306(a)). The government intends to issue a single, firm-fixed-price award. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation (see attachement 1-PWS for detailed description): *CLIN 0001: Product Service Description: 113TH Event- Morning Snacks & Beverages (April 5th & 6th). Quantity 380 amount $_________ CLIN 0002: Product Service Description: 113TH Event - Assorted Sandwiches & Wraps. 170 Adults (April 5th & 6th). Quantity 380 amount $_________ CLIN 0003: Event Space (See PWS) with Audio/Visual Equipment (April 5th & 6th). QTY: 1 amount $_______ To be quoted as unit price and Total dollar amoount. Details of required facilities, equipment, services, and meal items are provided in the attached Statement of Work (Attachment 1). Offerors shall include sample menu with their quotes. Quotes must include the company name, address, contact name and title, phone number, e-mail address, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, SAM.gov Unique Entity ID (UEI) and Federal Tax Identification. Please refer to Attachment 2 for the provisions and clauses applicable to this solicitation. All Representations and Certifications shall be completed within the contractor's profile on the System for Award Management (SAM), www.sam.gov.
