This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for light refreshments, lunch meals and conference space for the New Jersey Army National Guard. The event venue must be within a 20-mile radius of Princeton, New Jersey (NJ venues only), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. ONLY QUOTES FROM VENDORS WITHIN THE PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED LOCAL AREA WILL BE ACCEPTED; NO THIRD-PARTY VENDORS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, effective 17 January 2025. This procurement is Full and Open Competition with preference given to Small Business. The NAICS codes are 722320 and 721110. The basis for award is Price. Past Performance will be evaluated although will be a less significant evaluation factor than Price. The government intends to evaluate quotes and make an award without discussions (except clarifications as described in FAR 15.306(a)). The government intends to issue a single, firm-fixed-price award. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: CLIN 0001: Light Refreshments and Lunch Meals – 21 March 2025; QTY: 250 CLIN 0002: Audio/Visual Equipment - 21 March 2025; QTY: 1 CLIN 0003: Conference Space - 21 March 2025; QTY: 1 To be quoted as Unit Price and Total Dollar Amount. Details of required facilities, equipment, services, and meal items are provided in the attached Statement of Work (Attachment 1 UPDATED). Offerors shall include sample menu with their quotes. Quotes must include the company name, address, contact name and title, phone number, e-mail address, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, SAM.gov Unique Entity ID (UEI) and Federal Tax Identification. Please refer to Attachment 2 for the provisions and clauses applicable to this solicitation. All Representations and Certifications shall be completed within the contractor's profile on the System for Award Management (SAM), www.sam.gov. Vendors may submit questions related to this solicitation no later than 3:00PM EST on Monday, 24 February 2025, to Maria Vazquez via email at marialourdes.o.vazquez2.civ@army.mil.
