This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03, effective 23 February 2024. This procurement is Set-Aside 100% for Small Business. The NAICS code is 332999-All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing with small business size standard of 750 employees. The government intends to evaluate quotes and make an award without discussions (except clarifications as described in FAR 15.306(a)). The government intends to issue a single, firm-fixed-price award. The basis for award is Delivery and Price. Description of the Requirement: The New Jersey Army National Guard has a requirement for steel and aluminum materials. The materials must be delivered within 30 days of contract award. Vendors must provide expected delivery ARO in their quote. Delivery time will be a consideration for award along with price. The material certificate for A36 grade steel materials must also be provided upon delivery. Please refer to the updated Attachment 1 – RFQ Instructions 05Mar2024 for the complete description and quantities of materials being requested in this solicitation, and for other instructions. An active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is required at the time an offer or quotation is submitted in accordance with FAR 4.1102(a). Please refer to Attachment 2 for the provisions and clauses applicable to this solicitation. All Representations and Certifications shall be completed within the contractor's SAM profile on www.sam.gov. No other form of submittal will be accepted.
