This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for NJARNG Vigilant Guard 24-4 TY 24 prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05, effective 22 May 2024. This procurement is Set-Aside 100% for Small Business. The NAICS code is 611430- Professional and Management Development Training with small business size of $15M. Past performance will be reviewed. The award will be made to the vendor whose offer meets all the requirements of the PWS and provides the lowest price. The government intends to evaluate proposals and award without discussions. The government intends to issue a single firm fixed price award. The following services are requested in this solicitation: CLIN 0001 Role Player Services in accordance with the PWS, 1 Job CLIN 0002 Structural Collapse Venue Site (SVCS) Reset Services in accordance with the PWS, 1 Job Dates: 21 - 22 August 2024 Description of Requirement: The contractor shall provide role players, moulage capabilities and Structural Collapse Venue Site (SVCS) for the Vigilant Guard 24-4 TY 24. Location: Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, Lakehurst, NJ Please reference attached Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1) for further information about this requirement. Please refer to Attachment 2 for the provisions and clauses applicable to this solicitation. An active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is required at the time an offer or quotation is submitted in accordance with FAR.41102(a). All Representations and Certifications shall be completed within the contractor's SAM profile on www.sam.gov.
