The contractor is required to comply with all applicable base, Local, State and Federal environmental laws and regulations, including Air Force Instructions in effect at the time of performance. Quotes will be evaluated on price, past performance, and technical acceptability. Technical acceptability and past performance will be weighted the same as price to determine the best value to the government. Quotes provided from interested vendors shall contain the following information: 1. Company information – Company name, address, CAGE code (if available), Unique Entity Identified (formally called DUNS number, if available), contact name, telephone number, and email address. 2. Product Description – A detailed description of the products used and accompanying services required that match the criteria set forth in the Attachment 3 – Statement of Objectives (SOO). 3. Pricing – All applicable price data shall be provided by potential vendors set forth in the format in Attachment 6 – Price Schedule. 4. Quantity – Quantity of products. 5. Delivery Requirements – All applicable delivery requirements shall be provided by potential vendors. NOTICE 52.232-18 AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS (APR 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
