This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-02, effective 16 March 2023. This procurement is Set-Aside 100% for Small Business. The NAICS code is 334310 with small business size standard of 750 employees. The government intends to evaluate quotes and make an award without discussions (except clarifications as described in FAR 15.306(a)). The basis for award is Price. The government intends to issue a single award, firm fixed price. The purpose of this solicitation is to identify interested small businesses that can supply aviation headsets and adapters not to exceed (NTE) 71 Each in quantity. There is a brand name requirement for this solicitation. Please refer to Attachment 1 for the brand name justification. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: LINE ITEM 1: BOSE ProFlight Series 2 Aviation Headset with 6-pin LEMO plug. Part Number: 789812-5040. Refer to Attachment 2 for product description. QUANTITY: NTE 71 Each. LINE ITEM 2: BOSE 6 pin LEMO to U174 plug adapter. Part Number: 327080-0020. Refer to Attachment 2 for product description. QUANTITY: NTE 71 Each. LINE ITEM 3: Shipping. QUANTITY. 1 Each Deliver to: F8G10P 3390 Wonnacott Ave JBMDL, NJ 08641 FOB: Destination All costs (shipping, delivery) must be included. The offeror must provide within its offer the number of days, not to exceed 30 calendar days, required to make delivery after it receives an order from the buyer. Please include Federal Tax ID, CAGE code, SAM Unique Identity ID, and company point of contact. Please provide price information for each line item and Total Price.
