Tulsa Air National Guard Base, Oklahoma will soon be soliciting for a project to Remodel Building 408 Conditioned Space – Project is to add new HVAC, lighting, interior paneling, doors and concrete sidewalk, fire sprinkler and alarm, and painting to building 408. We are currently issuing this sources sought to gauge both small business and overall industry capability and interest. The small business size standard is $39.5M for NAICS 236220. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000 Please complete and return the attached sources sought form and advise your capabilities in terms of the information provided.
