This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04, effective 02 June 2023. This procurement is Set-Aside 100% for Small Business. The NAICS code is 332999 with small business size standard of 750 employees. The government intends to evaluate quotes and make an award without discussions (except clarifications as described in FAR 15.306(a)). The government intends to issue a firm-fixed-price single award. The basis for award is Price. ***Please refer to Attachment 1 dated 31Jul2023 for the complete description and quantities of the steel and aluminum materials requested in this solicitation. The offeror must provide within its offer the number of days required to make delivery after it receives an order from the buyer.
