The National Guard Bureau Acquisition Directorate (NGB-AQ-C) is seeking sources for Human Factors Analysis and Classification System (HFACS) for the National Guard Bureau Aviation Safety Division. This requirement is in support of the ARNG NG Supplement 1 to the AR 385-10. HFACS is one of the courses required to be a Certified Accident Investigator to conduct ARNG Accident Investigations. This requirement is for five (5) courses to be provided for up to 80 students in five (5) different locations within the United States per year. This contract will have optional quantity Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) so that courses are provided for a total of five (5) years.
