This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, PANNGB-23-P-0000-003472, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-01, effective 30 Dec 2022. This procurement is Set-Aside 100% for Small Business. The NAICS code is 315210 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. The government intends to evaluate quotes and make an award without discussions (except clarifications as described in FAR 15.306(a)). The basis for award is Price.
