Requirement Synopsis: Install two (2) Haworth private office cubicles to fit both ends of the existing AMXS Rm 257 private offices in accordance with the attached purchase description and installation instructions. 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; written quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. 2. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote: PANNGB-22-P10336_2 3. The NAICS code is: 449110 4. Delivery Date: 13 weeks after award of contract 5. This RFQ is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside 6. Place of Performance: Certain Buildings on the 189th Campus Little Rock AFB, AR 72099 7. SITE VISIT: There will be a site visit on Thursday, 11 August 2022, 9:00am CST at LRAFB. Please email the names of the individuals who will need access to the installation no later than Wednesday, 10 August 2022. Note: Field verification will be necessary for accurate wall measurement, placement, furniture model/series, color matching, etc. 8. The deadline to submit quotes is no later than Tuesday, 16 August 2022, 10:00am CST. All quotes shall be emailed to both POCs listed below by the response date and time. The email subject line should read: “RFQ PANNGB-22-P10336_2 Cubicles.” 9. Basis of Award: The Government intends to award a firm fixed price type contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsive, responsible offeror who presents the lowest priced quote. 10.
